Ex-Customer in California
I have been an IHerb customer for years & I just found out the company changed hands & is now owned by an Asian entity. The last two orders I placed they changed shippers & I didn't get my orders. On this last order, IHerb is only available by email & is trying to deal with me in Asian & not American English. I won't deal with a company who won't deal with me in this country when there is a problem. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card for goods not received since IHerb would not communicate with me in the USA. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else in the world, nor would I recommend their shipper Ontrac who already has a negative rep in our state. From a company with prior excellent service to hiding behind a foreign language & no way to contact by phone. What a comedown. We should be able to leave a negative rating for morons like these. Guess I'm going to have to start translating my emails since American-owned companies are bound & determined to sell us all out. Some things are supposed to be more important than money. Even our stupid US postal service does better than this. My credit card company has initiated the refund, not IHerb. Be forewarned. Losing customers $25 dollar orders at a time. What a way to run a business. Over vitamins. Should not be so world ending. Shipping is not nuclear science. Good luck if you try dealing with these people. I couldn't.
