iHerb used to provide good service. Lately I ordered an international delivery from iHerb. And it was a bad experience. The customer support is in such a bad state, they if you chat with them, you get copied pasted response and of non relevance to resolving the problem.
I have stopped using iHerb. Not because what they don't sell products, but because of being a liar company that claims it can deliver but does not even have a support for it. Bad organization.
