I used iherb numerous times to purchase essential oil, specifically Natures Alchemy (peppermint). I normally bought 6-10 bottles at a time. My last order arrived with the bottles not wrapped and two broken. I emailed to let them know fully expecting a refund or replacement of the two bottles. The gentleman that responded asked for pictures and I complied, not once but 3 times and each time he said he didn’t receive the pictures. It was annoying and he finally won the battle over approximately a $13 purchase. I will never buy from them again and as for customer service ... it’s awful.
