This is the first time that I have ordered from you, and everything was very good. I want to specifically compliment the young lady who followed up on my order, after the initial order placement to help me select a different color pen because the one I ordered was out of stock. Not only did she help me with the selection, she also informed that I could have some type of imprint like snow flakes, etc., and I did. The order was received as she explained, and the pens, printed message, and decorative snow flakes were perfect.
