I was very pleased with my order of pens for a 50 th reunion. I was on the committee and initially there was a little problem with ink smearing or lack of it on several pens. I received pens in their place plus several extras which rectified the situation in time for the reunion. Action from this company was quick and made it a satisfactory and helpful transaction.
