It was a pleasure to deal with the Ink Spot. The only complaint is the difficulty in ordering more than one item at a time. However, my inquiries were answered quickly and my problem solved easily. A pleasure to deal with and I love my pencils! I would still like to see them make it possible to order more than one product at a time, but I will definitely order from them again.
