They made a bad situation great! I ordered a pen and was told I could get it 2day air ship. Unfortunately, the pen I ordered was the ONLY pen that could not be 2day air shipped, an oversight by the person that I talk to ( not complaining or finding fault, things happen plus this was a holiday weekend). Nonetheless, we adjusted the order, I ask them to just send me a pen of equal value and price, because I really needed the pens for a program our church was having the upcoming Sunday. They went over and beyond! I like the pen they picked better than the one I had picked. Thank you for taking the time to make my order a timely successful experience.
