Morning shift 13th October 2024 10am One vile nasty member of staff can ruin a whole pubs experience. He went out of his way to be awkward, stepping in front of people, rolling his eyes, snapping at questions, commenting on private conversation and even making a thinly veiled threat 4 bar/floor staff on today. All guys.... 3 absolute darlings one didn't want to to be there and treated everyone with a ghastly attitude. Not sure where the accent was from but not UK. The other e were all British accents The other 3 days of our trip were wonderful and visited each day for drinks and/or a meal.... the lady bar supervisor on 11th and 12th was great and her crew brilliant. One BAD apple definitely ruins a pubs vibe I run 2 "meet up" group and use various venues (even your hotels). Never had a bad thing to say before
