having changed our holiday we had to pay £50 each our in laws who booked exactly the same day and changed there booking after our paid £40 each I Emailed them had a response from Georgia Ryan at jet 2 who obviously didn't even bother to read my email just fobbed us off their customer services is a joke and they seem to make up what they charge when re booking if she had actually read my email relating to dates booked I might of had a better response what an absolute joke !!
