Jet 2 forced us to pay extra to move from a shoddy hotel to a decent one when we were at the hotel, or risk being stuck at the rubbish one, wouldn’t compensate us, made us pay a cancellation fee and provided really bad customer service. If your holiday is going great they are excellent, if you have a problem, you are on your own and they don’t want to know.
