Complete lack of customer service. Purchased hoover which failed within warranty. JL spent weeks trying to point me the the manufacture rather than take responsibility themselves. Numerous calls that take over 30 minutes to
Answer only to be consistently cut off if you do manage to get through. Hours and shouts wasted trying to resolve. Only after 4 months and lodging papers with small claims court did I get a refund. Never will
