Terrible customer service, John Lewis not what use to be. Their customer support is abroad and call handlers don’t understand the problems . People in shops are unapproachable . I have witnessed a lady having a nerves break down in customer support after waiting 3 hours for her phone, staff was not empathetic at all with the poor old lady, I was absolutely shocked . I had send my steamer for repair and after 28 days is not back yet
