Purchased bedroom furniture over a few months. Received the bedside cupboards no problem, but the main chest of drawers was damaged upon delivery. I was told that i will need to return the item and WAIT for a refund and then i can REORDER the chest of drawers AGAIN!! what happened to just replacing the damaged goods ? I said because of the restructuring of JOHN LEWIS I am concerned that the item may be discontinued or sold out in January sales before i have time to repurchase, or buy the chest of drawers AGAIN and wait for reimbursement of the first one (ITS XMAS EVE..I do not need the added expense this time of year.
