Really disappointed!!! Not recommended
I've been in the UK for about 4 years. My experience with John Lewis is the most horrible, annoying, bad experience. Especially with their online customer service .
One minor thing could be considered good is that they answer quicly, but they can't find any solution.
An item that I bought online was delivered by Hermes to the wrong address or disappeared and after five calls in two days nothing has happened.
My item still missing and whenever I call again they say the same story the same bla bla....My First and the last experience with John Lewis as I don't need any further headache!!!
