I decided to return a ring because it was not comfortable. The ring was refunded with no fuss, and I was treated with great respect and courtesy. As a result of this nice treatment, I decided to return to their jewellery department the following week to see if there was something else I would like instead. I noticed, and was shown a beautiful diamond cross, and decided to buy that.....I am so grateful to be treated with such dignity, and excellent service from the staff in that department. Hats off to you all - you are a brilliant example of good customer care.
