I spoke to Mr Richard Benson at the Didsbury Branch off John Lewis Customers service ....He was Superb . I explained to him my Problem that I had just received my IPhone SE which had a very tiny mark on the back you could see the mark better when you tilted the phone to the light . When you buy something new expensive or not new means new no matter what or little the fault is it simply not new .. But John Lewis I have bought off the many time's and I Must say there service is first class.. Mr Peter Jones...
