Easy to order online. Good communication on expected delivery times, with updates. And the guy even carried the cot in to the right room in the house for us.
Cot seems great so far apart from one thing - it stunk of paint when we first got it and had to air it out for a week to get rid of the smell, and even now its not completely gone.
