From the moment we went to department on Saturday afternoon that we were looking to buy goods from to the customer service dept @ the Chester branch was a pleasure .The salesperson was really nice and not pushy or trying to get you to buy accessories that you don't need unlike other stores nearby. But also knew what he was talking about .Have been kept in touch by text all week .and have just received the phone call to say delivery on route and he even was cheerful even though stuck in traffic.
