Had a washing machine delivered last night and the two guys were absolutely brilliant! They kept us informed of their ETA and then arrived on time with the correct machine and then went on to professionally install it. There was Keith and his junior Daniel. Keith was showing Daniel how he was doing things etc and he done it all very professionally, they seemed to have a great rapor. I am more than impressed with the service I have received from John Lewis so a huge thank you to you all. Bernie H
