On what planet do they think it is acceptable to deliver a large, expensive item to a block of flats at 9 pm at night in an area with a bad reputation, with not very nice people hanging around my flats at that time of night, what on earth makes John Lewis think they can deliver at that time, are there special rules for John Lewis where they think they can outwit customers and thieves?
