I was overcharged and had a complaint about the poor quality of a product. Customer services supposed to respond in 24 hours. I had to send three emails in one week. They then responded asking for information I had already given. I sent photos and gave the info again. I have now received the same email, from the same person, asking for the same information yet again, I despair
