I am very upset with your site. On November 1st, I ordered a watch for my dad's birthday for November 27th. almost a month passed and my order was not even sent i.e. the status was just in progress. I decided to re-order, in a live chat the assistant did not even say sorry, just rudely said we will send next week and it is possible. I decided to re-order since a month has passed.
