I bought a Panerai and within 2 months the band fell off because the spring broke. When I contact Jomashop, they told me that they were not going to fix it since it was not an internal break. First of all, they did say that without inspecting the watch. Second of all, it is an internal break/defect. Last but not least, worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR JAMASHOP unless you don't care about customer service and/or warranty.
