Purchased a pair of RayBans with a $15 coupon applied. Coupon applied succesfuly at checkout, but when I hit submit, their system malfunctioned and charged me for the full price without discount. I called CS and spoke to a very rude rep named Dee. Acted as if I was wasting her time. She said she would take care of my credit and rushed me off the phone. Lo and behold, the credit never came. Called back and another rep told me she would credit my card and email once finalized. She later emailed back and said that this could no longer be done. No reason or explanation whatsoever. Don't fall for their low price bait and switch tactics. Pass on this vendor.
