Don't let their cheaper prices fool you. When it comes to customer service- Good luck. They don't care about customer satisfaction. I purchased a Hamilton watch, due to similarities, I purchased the 38mm instead of 42mm. I didn't realize that till my son measured the case. Jomashop refused to acknowledge advertising deception due to color and price similarities. They suggested replacing the watchband. I hate when someone insults my intelligence, what does the watch case size have to do with the watchband. 3 months of back & forth under the supervision of BBB. Jomashop refuses to resolve the issue. I will never support a business that does not value my business.
