I am so disappointed by Jomashop like I never see something like this in my entire life. My package was supposed to come on Friday December 18th 2020! Today it's Tuesday December 22nd and still no clue of where and when my package will be delivered to me. So today I called them and everything that I saw online for the review is true, very rude customer service not polite. The guy just told me that I should wait until my package arrive and hang up on me. Woooo I'm still shocked, Jomashop should be cancelled because it's fraud!!! Who does that ? So now I have to buy a new Christmas gift because I'm not sure that I will receive my package kage before Christmas. I'm so sad and mad at the same time. I wish I can report them if someone know how to do it please let me know. Don't order on Jomashop poeple.
