Horrible customer service. I purchase a Loewe gate bag from them. The bag that got shipped to me does not seem like a real bag. The overall quality looks bad (poor stitching, glazing, the leather smells like plastic), there is also a long dented line at the back of the bag. I tried to talk to customer service. They just insisted the bag was real and didn’t even listen to why I thought the bag was fake. Then the rep just cut me off. I then tried to email and call but got no response. Be aware, do not buy from them! Very fishy and horrible customer service.
