Placed order on Dec 12, 2020, my order was shipped on Dec 17, 2020, with email telling me I would receive it on Dec 21. Then delivery date changed to Dec 22nd, then Dec 23rd. Today it is January 5, 2021-STILL NO package. No one answers their phone and when I send messages, they respond:
“We are sorry to hear you have not received your order. We will start a shipping claim on this item for you. Please be advised we must open an investigation with the shipping carrier and a resolution can take 2-3 weeks for domestic and 4-5 weeks for international packages. Updates will be provided to you via email.”
And
“USPS is experiencing high demand and major delays. Please allow a few more days for this to deliver. Thanks so much for your patience.”
I buy everything online and many ship via USPS, with no issues. They should reship my items ordered and then if they insured the package, they work it out with USPS, not telling me to “be patient” and “wait”. Total BS!!!!!!!!
