Ordered an item 2 weeks ago that was promised to me in 1 week. When I contact customer service chat, they refused to give me an update, but did tell me the item hasn't even been shipped yet. When I refused to accept that they don't know when I will get the item, they told me to hold. I waited 30 minutes then disconnected me from the chat. I also emailed them and it has been 4 days without a response. Only option I have is to file a dispute with my credit card.
