I bought a Certina Automatic watch on feb21. When I received it it doesn’t work at all. I contacted them by phone (I live in Australia) after even over hour and 5 minutes no answer by customer service, I am keep waiting on the line. Second attempt waited more than 30 minutes no luck. I needed to pay international call rates too. Then I sent my second email and received answer saying they got too many email and reply soon. I end up paying more than $1000 aus for the defective not working brand new watch. What a shame. I am still in a process of sorting this issue with them!!!
