I bought a Milus Herios Triretrograde 18K White Gold/Diamond watch with alligator leather band at $10,555 on 04/27/2021 and was told it would take 4 days to deliver. I did not receive any shipping update after 3 days so I called on 04/30 and was told this watch was coming from third party and their fulfillment center would ship it on 05/03 after they received it. I finally received it on Friday 05/07 afternoon. The watch I received has stamp “Stainless steel” on the back case, diamonds look fake as made of glasses instead and strap is cheap leather with alligator print. Since the watch does not match with its website description, I called Jomashop right away but they were closed by 3PM EST on Friday. So I sent an email. When I did not receive any response on Monday 5/10, I called and talked to Kamela at 12:40 EST and was asked to email photos of watch and packaging. Kamela promised to get back to me before close of the business day. By next morning, with no response from Kamela, I sent another email. After waiting for another 3 hours, I called my credit card company to dispute this charge. 20 minutes after my dispute. Kamela sent me an email stated “Return information will be emailed to you soon.” Finally, RMA emailed me a form to fill out on 5/12 but indicated that I had to pay original shipping plus return shipping. This is outrageous as the website should not sell fake items at the first place. It is not I receive an authentic watch which I don’t like and want to return.
I have purchased many watches online other than Jomashop and every one of them is as good as described if not better. I am very shocked and disappointed that Jomashop conducts its business so poorly. So stay away from this website as it is a completely waste of time.
