The watch arrived with 2 day shipping as scheduled and was in OEM packaging with manuals, tags, and protective film applied, as I would have expected if purchased directly from a jeweler. My wife loved it. The gold pvd bezel and mixed gold and stainless bracelet look great and the automatic movement with 80 hr reserve keeps perfect time. I thought I got a very good price to begin with, but checked the site a week later and found it was priced $55 less. Contacted JS via online chat and was given info on how to request a price adjustment to the new lower price via Norton Shopping Guarantee app. After submitting the required info, I got confirmation from NSG that I'd be receiving a check for the difference in the next 3 weeks. I'm very happy with all aspects of the purchase. I've purchased multiple times from JS and have never had an issue.
