I feel the same way as the below review, except my Jomashop rep was named Emily, they are a well-oiled machine, but they just don't care about the customer and I feel they are dishonest! I will never do biz there again!
I think there should be an option for “NO STAR” for Jomashop. I had terrible experience with them. First of all, their phone lines always take forever to get through , one hour plus if not any longer! The service is extremely horrible, especially the rep name - Kamela. “No hello no goodbye no thank you” I’m surprised they are still in business and with the worst attitude!!
Everyone please DO NOT buy anything from them till you talk to them. Then you will never gonna place any order! It’s like a hell of shopping.
In a customer service world, Jomashop has employees not delivering any service won't get them anywhere.
I bought a Ferragamo designer belt. It is a gift but came with no packaging. The manager who’s name is “Faith” argued with me and blame me by saying "there is no packaging on the picture!" Faith as a manager said the price you paid only includes what you see on the picture. So BE VERY CAREFUL, they don't have proper packaging for your pricy designer items. DO NOT buy from Jomashop.
I’m sure I’m not the only one had this awful experience. Hope our past won’t be your future. DO NOT shop @ Jomashop. Stop shopping @ Jomashop!
