I am a Jomashop return customer, initial experience with my Nomos was great. However I bought a Tudor Black Bay 58 from them late last year, received the watch right before Christmas, but the watch stopped working after 1 week. I sent the watch back to Jomashop to get it checked out. They accused me or I had someone opening the back of watch and damaged the watch, which is false statement, I dont have the tool to open the watch nor did I ask a watch maker to open the watch during Christmas break during Covid. My conclusion, Jomashop might have sold me a used watch as new. They refused to return or exchange and it took them 5.5 months to service the watch. my recommendation, buy it from watch brand authorized dealer and avoid Jomashop at all cost.
