:i ordered a tissot watch ,i receipted it but it doesn't work never and not any answer from the customer service since 5 days ,... Order # 2CT2816
I know it’s an automatic I already have 6 automatic watches
I bought it at the end of February but I offer it (birthdate) on 18 June and not any way to handle it the needles stay and doesn’t work even after 2 days movement of course I manually correct the date and time
Not any shock or humidity contact
so how can i do : not any answer from your "customer service" 3 times 3 messages and not any help no way to use the return system because of "This Sale Order does not exist in our records”
No help via messenger more than 6 messages and only bot answers
Prompt to sell but no way to respect your promises
