I still haven't received the watch! I have asked customer service twice to please escalate, but I just get a response that covid makes things slow. I make regular purchases from other US and UK based websites and the the product is received in Australia within 5 days or ordering. It has been well over 30 days since the order was placed. I am pretty upset as this is a gift for my husbands 50th birthday. If someone could assist I would be really grateful.
