I have been a customer for a couple of years now but probably not anymore. I had a terrible experience recently. I had moved recently to another state so I changed my default shipping address while I was checking out. I placed the order and all looked good when I checked out. A day or so later I noticed the confirmation email had an address that I haven’t lived at for a year as the shipping address. I contacted by email because I couldn’t get through by phone for a whole day. The person communicating by email blamed me from the get go. All of the responses were there is nothing we can do. From there she started fighting with me in the emails. Finally I got through to a CSR and she started with “ you will need to contact the apartment where I used to live. No customer service at all!! No “ this is what I can do fo you! So I am out about $250 because they are blaming me for putting in an address that I haven’t lived at for a year. Why would I do that??? The person that I was communicating by email is Rina. I am including screenshots of her emails. Very disappointed!!
