Dodge Shop - poor after sale service
I bought a Montblanc fountain pen with fine nib through Jomashop. When the package arrived, the box specified it was a fine nib pen but the pen inside of it was a medium nib pen with a M sticker on the pen. Montblanc would charge hundreds of dollars to change the nib. I immediately contacted Jomashop via email. None of the 5 emails sent were responded to. I also attempted to call them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes without anyone answering the call and after opt for the call back service, no one called back. Poor customer service and tried their best to dodge and not owning up to their mistakes.
