I ordered two items that were unavailable at the time the order was placed which I was unaware of. I followed up with your customer service department and was given an inaccurate ETA for my order. I called customer service again and was given a time range in which I could expect my order (The customer service agent did not sound confident the dates you passed along were very accurate).
I would have been pleased if I had received email updates regarding inventory availability, possible ETAs, tracking information, etc.
