I purchased a Hamilton Watch. Have only had it 3 months hardly worn and wanted to trade it in on an much more expensive watch an Omega. I was told to take pictures and they would review.
After sending the pictures they said is no value for trade and I could sell it myself. If they knew that in the beginning why was I told to send pictures? Why do they offer a trade in service, when they do not stand behind what they sell. And they just list a $5,000 sale.
