Excellent service and price was very competitive. My watch is exactly what I expected and am pretty happy with the purchase. My only issue was dealing with DHL in Canada - I was surprise of that in addition to Custom and Tax fees (which I expected) I was charged another service fee on top of the shipping fee?? Not sure what this fee was about but made me uneasy about future purchases. They should be clear that shipping fees include all delivery fees. Taxes are inevitable but don't surprise customers with another fee. I know it's not Jomashop fault but it's their shipping provider.
