Apparently I am experiencing something very similar with the earlier reviewer. I have been purchasing many items from Jomashop for the past 8 years, from watches to handbags and sunglasses. Item have always arrived, genuine and price competitive, and customer service was basic but prompt. That's why I have been patronising them for so long. However, my last 2 purchases were accompanied by extremely poor customer service and I would hesitate to ever buy from them again. Both times, I waited 4-8 weeks and nothing was shipped. After enquiring, they tell you item delayed and have no idea if it will come, and tell you to buy another item and cancel order. All the while, they continue to advertise the exact same item on their website. After you complain about it, they ignore you and do not reply to your email. It seems to me there are some items they "sell" online at an attractive price, their sole purpose to attract you to their website. Once you place an order, item does not and will never be shipped. While you would not be cheated of your money because they do not charge until item is shipped (at least not yet for me), do not be surprised if you wait months for your order and it is still nowhere to be found. If timeliness is important to you, avoid Jomashop at all cost.
