watch which was listed as in stock and recieved a tax invoice, explaining that my item was to be shipped in 4-6 weeks. The time frame for delivery was not displayed on their website.After the 4 week mark, I follow up with their customer service team fornightly to understand where my order was. Each time I was told my order would be shipped within a week and I would simply not recieve any further info. This continued for 9 weeks, each time failing their promise to ship within a week. This caused me to suspect it was fraud (it wasn't), just very very poor inventory management and communication. I would not reccomend Jomashop to anyone. Customer service and inventory / shipping communication is very very poor.
