I wish I could say that I was “Satisfied” with my recent purchase. The Burberry purse I ordered had a couple of stains inside and I’m still waiting to hear back from Badar in their Customer Service Dept. on how they intend to address this issue. It’s been 6 days since I’ve brought this to their attention, and I have not heard from Badar in 3 days despite my follow up inquiry yesterday. I’d like to know if you intend on giving me a price adjustment or sending me an unstained item. I don’t believe that’s too much to ask considering the cost of the item.
