I had the worst experience ever with this online store. Their customer service is horrible. Their system picked up a different address and as soon as I realized within 20 seconds of ordering I called. No answer. I emailed. When I finally got someone on the phone they said the label was created already. They had no way of changing the address n “hopefully I will receive my items” I do not recommend these people to anyone. I had to dispute the item being it will not come to me and I am reporting them anywhere I can. Please be ware! I own an online company and I would never treat my customers like they treated me. They did nothing to try to make it better. I ordered on a Saturday by Monday morning they were supposedly on a pallet which didn’t ship out, they created a label that was it. When I went to track it it the next day it was still in the same spot. USPS had not received the order so therefore they could have fixed my order. They must do such high volume that they could careless about their customer service. Very unfortunate, will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.
