I placed my order on 10/7/21 and have yet to receive my order. When I first placed the order, I rec'd an expected delivery date within days and was very happy and excited about the service and timing. I never received it and all updates since have been sorry for the delay and nothing else. Awful first time experience ordering from Jomashop!
