No delivery on second order. Ordered first watch, they charged the card and went complete quiet for a week, called them and they said they don’t have the watch available and don’t know when they might get it, the customer service rep was very rude. I canceled the order. Ordered another watch after a week and it said it ships within 3-5 days, it’s been 25 days and counting so far, every time I call them they add another 3-5 days, no surprise they don’t have this watch either and lied that it’ll ship within 3-5 days and like last time, there is no ETA either. Total scam of a company that sells products they don’t have, even the ones that show in stock. Also the manufacturer warranty is not good on watches purchased from Jomashop, so it makes me question authenticity of their products. Also, the customer service is horrible with no one to talk to above the customer service rep and if they tell you a manager will call or email you, don’t believe it.
