So I ordered a Tissot one time because it was $400 cheaper than then the website. After 3 weeks not hearing about it and waiting for shipment I cancelled. Second time I ordered a Seiko again because it was way cheaper than the original website. This time they shipped after 2 weeks and I received it a week after . But then I realized the stopwatch second hand and 24 hand are not working. I emailed them and they were not surprised at all and didn't ask any questions and just told me I can get a refund for it . So obviously they knew it was defective and that's a whole reason behind thier cheap price .
I shipped the item back , the tracking number showed it was delivered on Nov 15 ,2021 . On Nov 18 i asked them if they received thier item and they said no it's still on transit . After back and forth emailing and they keep denying they received the item I finally told them if I don't receive my confirmation email that you received the item I will file a complain with the credit card company and sure enough 10 mins later they said sorry and they were looking at the wrong tracking number and it's at the inspection department. So today is Nov 20 and I still haven't received my refund .
