I am very disappointed by this purchase. I have ordered a ferragamo Amy tote, what was sent to me the metal part is very scratched, the leather has no form with much wrinkle, only very limited interior puffer, with opened zip and no plastic wrap to protect metal parts. (Why do I know, cause I ordered another different color from another company and was soooo pleased by the smell of leather and pretty firm style and carefully protected parts) And the stitch line used different material comparing to my other bag, which is very tricky. I have to at least suspect the item was pre owned or was showcase item, but no where on the page said so.(or did I have not seen?) I regret of this purchase but can’t and won’t seek for return purely due to I am not in the states. I wrote to give everyone a heads up of what you might receive if you try to buy an expensive bag but turned out in very bad condition.
