Had to send my new Tag Heuer watch back twice in the first year for the same problem. They kept it 3 months each time. Now the same problem has occurred a third time and they will not repair it. This is a mechanical watch requiring daily winding where the crown keeps coming out. The jerk that took the call wants to blame me for the problem that originated during the warranty period but keeps breaking. Go to a reputable dealer that will stand behind their products.
